Leaving Alberta behind, we cross into British Columbia and arrive at Dawson Creek, the legendary start of the Alaska Highway. Standing at Mile 0, the spirit of adventure is tangible as we venture deeper north. Traveling through the Peace River Energy Corridor, we pass Fort St. John—The Energetic City—and watch the scenery transform toward Pink Mountain. By evening, we reach Fort Nelson, ready to relax and prepare for the unforgettable days ahead.

Day 3 – Tuesday -June 9, 2026 – Fort Nelson, BC to Watson Lake, YT – Making our Mark on the Yukon 

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch

Our route climbs over Summit Pass, the highest point on the Alaska Highway, revealing breathtaking mountain views and a true sense of wilderness travel. A peaceful Included Lunch beside the turquoise waters of Muncho Lake offers a perfect pause before continuing north relaxing soak at Liard Hot Springs offers a tranquil break in a natural oasis tucked into the boreal forest. Crossing into the Yukon marks a milestone on the northern adventure. In Watson Lake, a visit to the world-famous Signpost Forest invites traveler’s to leave their mark by adding a sign. The day concludes with a restful stay, refreshed for more unforgettable experiences ahead.

Our route delivers a first taste of Alaska, traveling from Whitehorse to Skagway—a Gold Rush Town brimming with frontier charm and Klondike History. Time to explore reveals streets rich in heritage before we board the legendary White Pass & Yukon Route Railway. This engineering marvel winds 28 miles through soaring mountain passes, canyons, and tunnels on a fully narrated ride to Fraser, BC. Rejoining our coach, we return toward Whitehorse with a stop at the dramatic Yukon Suspension Bridge, where sweeping views of the wild river make for an unforgettable finale.

Day 6 – Friday – June 12, 2026 – Whitehorse, YT to Dawson City, YT – Gold Rush Dreams and Klondike Nights

Our route follows the legendary Klondike Highway, tracing the path once taken by hopeful gold seekers. A scenic Picnic Lunch amid the Yukon wilderness adds to the day’s charm before we continue toward our destination—historic Dawson City. By late afternoon, we settle into our accommodations in this storied frontier town. The evening brings excitement at Diamond Tooth Gertie’s Gambling Hall, complete with lively cancan shows and period flair, bringing the Gold Rush era to life in unforgettable fashion.

Day 7 – Saturday – June 13, 2026 – Dawson City, YT to Tok, AK – Gold, high Roads, with Alaska Horizons 

Meals Included: Breakfast

A local Guided Tour of Dawson City visits iconic sites such as the Discovery Claim, where the Gold Rush began, and the massive Dredge No. 4, a preserved mining relic. Panoramic Views from the Midnight Dome offer a sweeping perspective of the Yukon River and Dawson’s historic landscape. Boarding a ferry across the Yukon River, our route follows the stunning Top of the World Highway, a high-altitude journey with endless vistas. Crossing into Alaska, we pass the quirky Outpost of Chicken before arriving in Tok for the night.

Day 8 – Sunday – June 14, 2026 – Tok, AK to Fairbanks, AK – Miles End to the Golden Heart

Meals Included: Breakfast, Dinner 

Journey deeper into Alaska, stopping at Delta Junction—the official End of the Alaska Highway. Here, we celebrate with a commemorative Alaska Highway Certificate, a proud keepsake of the journey. Continuing to North Pole, Alaska, we discover Christmas cheer in every season. By afternoon, we arrive in Fairbanks, the Golden Heart City. This evening features dinner at the Alaska Salmon Bake in historic Pioneer Park, followed by the lively Golden Heart Revue at the Palace Theatre, a musical comedy honouring the people, culture, and history of Alaska’s interior.

Day 9 – Monday – June 15, 2026 – Fairbanks, AK – Paddle-Wheelers, Pilots, Pipelines and Pioneers 

Meals Included: Breakfast, Dinner

The day begins aboard the Riverboat Discovery, featuring the Chena Village Living Museum, a Bush Pilot Demonstration beside the boat, and a visit to Trail Breaker Kennels to meet Alaska’s Sled Dogs. A guided walking tour of an Athabascan Village offers an authentic glimpse of frontier life. Our afternoon includes a Local Guided Fairbanks Tour of exploring the Golden Heart City, including a visit to the Trans-Alaska Pipeline, an 800-mile engineering marvel that has shaped Alaska’s economy and history.

Day 10 – Tuesday – June 16, 2026 – Fairbanks, AK to Anchorage, AK – Denali Views and Coastal Anchorage 

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch

Our route travels the picturesque Parks Highway, offering sweeping views of Denali National Park and towering Denali, North America’s tallest peak at 20,310 feet. A stop at Denali Viewpoint South provides the perfect opportunity to admire the magnificent landscape and capture incredible photos. An included picnic lunch along the way adds to the relaxed pace. By afternoon, we arrive in Anchorage, with time to unwind and explore the vibrant energy of Alaska’s largest city.

Day 11 – Wednesday – June 17, 2026 – Prince William Sound – Glaciers, Fjords, and a Tunnel through Time 

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch

Our route follows the scenic Seward Highway to Whittier, traveling through the Anton Anderson Memorial Tunnel—the 2.5-mile marvel that is North America’s longest shared rail-and-highway tunnel. Boarding a high-speed catamaran, we set out on the unforgettable 26 Glacier Cruise. Calm waters reveal Glacier-Carved Fjords, pristine wilderness, and one of the world’s largest concentrations of tidewater glaciers. College Fjord and Harriman Fjord showcase massive ice flows cascading from the mountains to the sea. Watch for dramatic calving as thunderous ice breaks into the Sound. A prepared lunch Is Included on board as we enjoy the incredible views. Passing once more through the historic tunnel, we return to Anchorage with the day’s glacier-filled wonders still fresh in mind.

Day 12 – Thursday – June 18, 2026 – Anchorage, AK to Tok, AK – From the Bearded One to the Borderlands

A bearded visit in Palmer, AK takes us to the Musk Ox Farm, home to the “Oomingmak” or “Bearded One,” whose soft qiviut wool is among the finest in the world. Traveling through the fertile Matanuska Valley, our route follows the spectacular Glenn Highway toward Glennallen. An Included Lunch at the Caribou Grill offers a delicious taste of Alaska hospitality. The road then unfolds beside the towering Wrangell–St. Elias National Park, where immense peaks and endless wilderness create a truly unforgettable panorama before we continue on to Tok for the night.

Day 13 – Friday – June 19, 2026 – Tok, AK to Whitehorse, YT – Completing the Legendary Alaska Highway

A scenic return to Canada takes us back into the Yukon at the Alcan border, continuing along our last unchartered portion of the iconic Alaska Highway. The serene expanse of Kluane Lake and the snow-capped peaks of the St. Elias Range offer picture-perfect scenery at every turn. Passing through Haines Junction, we enjoy more of the Yukon’s rugged beauty before arriving in Whitehorse. With this final stretch, we complete the legendary Alaska Highway—traveled in unforgettable stages since the beginning of our adventure.

Day 14 – Saturday – June 20, 2026 – Whitehorse, YT to Watson Lake, YT – Familiar Roads, Fresh Views

Meals Included: Breakfast

Our journey takes us back onto familiar roads, though from a new angle the scenery feels entirely refreshed. We pause at Teslin Lake, where the sweeping Nisutlin Bay Bridge frames one of the Alaska Highway’s most picturesque views. Continuing on over the Continental Divide offers another chance to mark this natural milestone. Each curve and crest reveals a new perspective on the Yukon’s vast wilderness. By day’s end, we arrive in Watson Lake and settle into the same welcoming hotel from our northbound journey, bringing a sense of comfort and continuity to our adventure

Day 15 – Sunday – June 21, 2026 – Watson Lake, YT to Fort Nelson, BC – Farewell Yukon Hello BC’s Resource Rich Northeast

With one last look at the wild horizons of the Yukon, we cross the border back into British Columbia. The return along the Alaska Highway offers fresh perspectives on familiar wonders—glimpses of turquoise Muncho Lake, the alpine heights of Summit Pass, and endless boreal forest. As we enter BC’s northeast, resource-rich lands reflect the region’s vital oil, gas, and forestry heritage. Wildlife sightings are always possible along this rugged corridor. By evening, we arrive in Fort Nelson, where the day winds down in the same comfortable hotel that welcomed us on our northbound journey.

Day 16 – Monday – June 22, 2026 – Fort Nelson, BC to Grande Prairie, AB – Alberta Bound and Fond Farewells 

Meals Included: Breakfast, Farewell Dinner 

Our route heads south through BC’s Energetic Northeast, a region driven by vital oil, gas, and hydroelectric industries. Passing through Fort St. John—aptly named The Energetic City—we see a landscape shaped by both rugged wilderness and resource development that fuels much of the province. The journey continues past Pink Mountain and Dawson Creek, returning to Mile 0 of the legendary Alaska Highway. Crossing back into Alberta, we arrive in Grande Prairie and check into the final hotel of our journey. This evening, we gather for a Farewell Dinner, sharing stories and memories with newfound friends.

Our final frontier takes us through Alberta’s Oil Country, passing the towns of Valleyview, Fox Creek, Whitecourt, and Mayerthorpe as we make our way to Edmonton. Here, we bid farewell to some fellow travelers before continuing south toward Calgary. Along the way, memories of towering mountains, wild coastlines, historic towns, and endless northern skies remind us of the extraordinary adventure we’ve shared.
