The experience continues with a Guided driving tour showcasing Saskatoon’s role as the agricultural hub of Saskatchewan, where prairie innovation and productivity shape the province’s economy. Departing Saskatoon, local charm takes centre stage at Champêtre County. Prairie humour and genuine hospitality set the tone with a playful Sheriff’s welcome, followed by a relaxing Horse Drawn Hay Ride, Lost Corral Maze, laughter, and lively entertainment. The evening features the signature Steak Pitchfork Fondue dinner — a true Saskatchewan favourite — before gathering around a prairie campfire to wind down under open skies. Later in the evening, arrival at Manitou Springs Resort & Mineral Spa offers the chance to relax in naturally occurring mineral waters so rich in minerals that floating comes effortlessly — a memorable and uniquely Saskatchewan way to end the day.
Day 3 – Friday – September 18, 2026 – Mineral Waters & Polka Nights

A relaxed day unfolds at Manitou Springs Resort & Mineral Spa, where Naturally occurring mineral waters and peaceful surroundings invite rest and renewal. Time is yours to enjoy the spa amenities, or soak the day away in the mineral pools, or simply take in the quiet beauty of Saskatchewan’s southern plains. The slower pace offers the perfect chance to recharge and ease into prairie time. Energy builds in the evening with a visit to Polkafest at the legendary Danceland Ballroom. A Hot Buffet Dinner sets the stage before the music begins, offering fuel for those eager to dance the night away on the famous horsehair floor. Others may prefer to sit back, enjoy the lively polka rhythms, and visit with fellow travellers and new friends — all part of this uniquely Saskatchewan experience. After the dance we return back to the Manitou Springs Resort.
Day 4 – Saturday – September 19, 2026 – Springs, Pastures & Prairie Masterpieces

A final opportunity to enjoy the mineral waters at Manitou Springs Resort offers a gentle start to the day before departing for Saskatoon. Rested and refreshed, the journey north leads back into Saskatchewan’s agricultural heartland. An engaging Sheepdog Demonstration showcases the remarkable partnership between shepherd and dog, offering a firsthand look at the skill, instinct, and precision behind modern livestock management. The experience is paired with a Prairie Grazer picnic lunch, featuring seasonal, locally sourced ingredients thoughtfully presented in curated picnic baskets. Camp chairs, blankets, umbrellas, and ponchos ensure comfort as the presentation unfolds — rain or shine. Following the demonstration, local shepherd Jared joins the group for an informal question-and-answer session, sharing insight into daily operations, rural life, and the realities of working the prairie land. It’s an authentic Saskatchewan experience that brings agriculture to life in a meaningful and memorable way. The afternoon is yours to explore. Step back in time at the Western Development Museum’s Boomtown, or immerse yourself in contemporary creativity with a visit to the rRemai Modern Art Gallery. Day 5 – Sunday – September 20, 2026 – Prairie Refections & Homeward Roads
