Day 1 – Friday – November 13, 2026 – Arrive in Hanio

We will arrive the evening of the 13th local time in Vietnam. After clearing customs and retrieving your luggage we will be greeted by Bryon and Shawna’s personal friend and English
speaking Tour Director Belka Truong. She will introduce us to our driver who will transfer us to our hotel for check in where we will spend the next 3 evenings

Day 2 – Saturday – November 14, 2026 – Free Day – Welcome Dinner

Today is at your leisure, enjoy the time to adjust to local time, stroll the area and get prepared for our exciting journey in the days to come. Our local guide Belka will be there in the morning with suggestions and help to set you on your way for the day. This evening we will all gather for a welcome dinner and answer any questions you may have to be prepared for our exciting journey in the days to come.

Day 3 – Sunday – November 15, 2026 – Hanoi Exploration

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch

Begin a day of cultural discovery in Hanoi. Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, stroll through the peaceful botanical gardens, and tour the Presidential Palace grounds, including Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house and Ba Dinh Square. Continue to the iconic One-Pillar Pagoda and serene Tran Quoc Pagoda.

Enjoy a 40-minute rickshaw ride around Hoan Kiem Lake and through Hanoi’s bustling Old Quarter. Visit Ethnology museum or Historical Museum. This evening enjoy a traditional water puppet show

Day 4 – Monday – November 16, 2026 – Hanoi – Bai Tu Long Bay – Cong Do – Cap La Island

This morning, we depart for Ha Long International Cruise Port, where you’ll be welcomed aboard with a refreshing drink before settling into your comfortable cabin. As we begin our journey into the stunning Bai Tu Long Bay, enjoy a delicious Vietnamese set menu lunch while taking in the spectacular scenery. In the afternoon, explore the natural beauty of Cap La Island with your choice of kayaking through limestone karsts or swimming in the crystal-clear waters.

As the sun begins to set, join the sunset party on deck, complete with a traditional Vietnamese cooking demonstration—feel free to take part in a fun fruit and vegetable carving challenge!
Later in the evening, unwind with onboard activities such as deck games or try your hand at squid fishing. Or, simply relax with a cocktail and soak in the tranquility of the bay under the stars.

Day 5 – Tuesday – November 17, 2026 – Killarney – Full Day Activities on the Bay

Start your day with a peaceful early morning Tai Chi session on the sundeck, or simply take in the breathtaking views of the bay with a warm cup of coffee or tea. A hearty Western-style breakfast will be served on board, fueling you for a day of exploration. After breakfast, you’ll transfer to a smaller boat to venture deeper into the bay’s hidden corners. Enjoy activities such as swimming or kayaking near Thay Cave, then savor a delicious lunch on board. In the afternoon, visit the fascinating Vung Vieng fishing village and learn about traditional pearl farming. Upon returning to the main Swan Cruise boat, unwind and soak up the serene surroundings. Day 9 – Saturday – November 21, 2026 – Explore the Historic Heart of Hue

Meet your guide at the hotel reception this morning and set off for a full day of discovery in the former imperial capital of Hue. Your adventure begins with a scenic boat ride along the serene Huong River, also known as the Perfume River. Your first stop is the iconic Thien Mu Pagoda, one of the oldest and most revered spiritual landmarks in Hue. Dating back to 1601, the pagoda is renowned for its striking octagonal tower and stunning views over the river.
Next, delve into Vietnam’s royal past with a visit to the Imperial Citadel—the most significant remnant of the country’s imperial era. Explore its three distinct sections: Kinh Thanh (the Capital City), Hoang Thanh (the Imperial City), and Cam Thanh (the Forbidden City), which once housed emperors and royal officials. Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant before continuing to Thuy Xuan Incense Village, where skilled artisans handcraft colorful incense sticks using time-honored techniques. This morning, meet your driver at the hotel reception in Hue for your transfer to Phu Bai International Airport. You’ll board a domestic flight to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) in economy class with Vietnam Airlines or Bamboo Airways. Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, proceed through immigration and customs. From there, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in the city center. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, embark on a guided tour of Ho Chi Minh City, formerly known as Saigon. Explore some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, including the Central Post Office, an architectural gem built in the late 19th century with Renaissance and Gothic influences. You’ll also have the opportunity to view the exterior of Notre-Dame Cathedral, a stunning example of French colonial architecture.​

Next, venture into Chợ Lớn, Ho Chi Minh City’s vibrant Chinatown district.
